POLYLUX
A new method udes for marking ceramics. Low-temperature decal, also known as organic. The method works great for printing on matte, dark surfaces while maintaining bright print colors. Polylux prints are characterized by a wide range of colors. Perfect technique for CMYK prints. You can also easily make prints on glass and stainless steel using the Polylux method. The print is dishwasher-resistant for up to approximately 500 cycles at 60 degrees Celsius. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of full resistance to mechanicall damage and the inability to combine full print area as can be achieved using the Transfer Plus method. Any object smaller than 0,2 mm will not be printed in negative, any object larger than 0,4 mm will be filled with ink. Polylux can be combined with other techniques such as Trend Color or Polylux.
Material
- ceramics
- Glass
- stainless steel
Advantages
- Unlimited color palette
- Dishwasher resistant
- Possibility of combining with other techniques
Disadvantages
- Limited printing area when printing around the mug
- Lack of full resistance to mechanical damage. e.g. scratches
TRANSFER PLUS
This is a screen printing technique called high-temperature decals, used on ceramics, porcelain and glass. The advantage of this method is printing large surfaces and printing in any place, including those that are less accessible, such as the inner wall of the mug or under the ear. The print made using this method is fully resistant and durable to mechanical damage and washing in dishwashers. The disadvantage of this method is the limited color palette. The shades may differ by up to 15%, but this deviation cannot constitute a reason for a complaint. Any object smaller than 0,2mm will not be printed in negative, any object smaller than 0,4mm will be filled with ink Transfer Plus can be combined with other techniques such as Polylux or Trend Color.
Material
- ceramics
- Glass
- stainless steel
Advantages
- full durability
- possibility of printing in unusual places
- Possibility of combining with other techniques
Disadvantages
- limited color palette
DIGITAL PRINT
The sublimation printing method is a popular and simple technique for applying graphics and photos to the surface of a mug. Sublimation allows you to create a hgigh-quality and durable print in a relatively short time, perfectly reproducing images and colors 1:1. The disadvantage of this method is the limited choice of shape and color of the mug, as printing is only possible on ceramics with a special polymer coating.
Material
- ceramics for sublimation
Advantages
- Unlimited color palette
- Full durability
Disadvantages
- limited choice of styles
TREND COLOR
Low-temperature method of painting ceramics The advantage of this method is the ability to paint the base white ceramic mug in any selected shane inside and/or outside. The metod is dishwasher-safe. The disadvantage of this method is low resistance to mechanical damage. Can be combined with Polylux technique.
Material
- ceramics
- stainless steel
Advantages
- Unlimited color palette
- Possibility of combining with other techniques
- Dishwasher resistant
Disadvantages
- lack of full resistance to mechanical damage, e.g. scratches
