General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).

In connection with the implementation from 13-12-2024, the EU Directive on General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we would like to inform you about the most important changes.

The GPSR General Product Safety Regulation is the European Union’s General Product Safety Regulation. According to the law, ICL Wielkopolanin Company, as an entity that introduces products into the European Union, is responsible for the compliance of products with the requirements of GPSR to protect consumers. We bear full responsibility and safety of the products offered. The products that we sell in the European Union market are adapted to European safety standards. ICL Wielkopolanin monitors product compliance and removes products that may pose a risk. In order to ensure the safety of our consumers, we provide you with a form where you can report all concerns about the products. We will consider all applications from you with the utmost attention.

Goods made available for sale before 13-12-2024 are not covered by the new directive.
